Today I ran another 2 miles. It was really hard today. My time was not impressive at all. I really wanted to stop and walk so many times but I made myself keep going. I just kept telling myself "Today is weigh in and you want to hit your goal!" so i kept going. Afterward I was so glad I did.

Today's weigh in was a bit of a bummer. I stayed exactly the same. I did not gain so I was VERY happy about that. Although, I would have loved to hit my 50 mark. Next week will hopefully be the week. I am going to get back to being better on my eating by planning and not doing all of the untracked "snacking."
